FermiGlow products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover incorrect use, dry operation, damage, modification, or failure to follow the instruction manual.

Before Requesting Warranty Help

• Check that the heater was fully submerged during use.
• Check that the power outlet is working.
• Check for visible damage to the cord, glass, bung or display.
• Have your order number and product model ready.
